Top 5 Mental Health Publications to Explore on Issuu

Here at Issuu we understand just how important it is to prioritize mental health on both an individual and societal level, and are proud to provide a platform for a plethora of publishers that produce timely and relevant content in the mental health space. Here are a few of our favorite mental health publications that include important advice, relevant articles, and beneficial mindfulness practices. Ultimately these Issuu publishers work to create a safe and welcoming space for those looking to learn more about mental health and improve their own.

Happiful

Happiful magazine is one of our favorite publications entirely dedicated to mental health. Their most recent issue dives into some very interesting topics, including; how a self-sufficient lifestyle may help us feel more grounded, the benefits of cold open-water swimming, tips for men talking about mental health, and how to identify the signs of burnout.

Vaine

Vaine Magazine is a literary and arts publication that publishes on a quarterly basis, and just released their mental health issue a few weeks ago. This publication implements the digital sales feature on Issuu, and will be donating 50% of all proceeds to CALM, the UK charity committed to suicide prevention and awareness. Take a look below and help support an extremely worthwhile cause!

The Mental Health Mag

The Mental Health Mag is a small publication that has just released their second mental health edition. Both editions help make the world of mental health extremely accessible, and include a variety of helpful tips, mindfulness practices, and inspiring quotes that leave you feeling refreshed and self-aware after just a quick read.

Wessex Scene

The Wessex Scene is an award winning student magazine based out of the University of Southampton. Their publication deals with a wide array of topics, and they just released a publication dedicated to mental health topics. We particularly loved the article included in this most recent edition that deals with the intersection of mental health and the covid pandemic, an incredibly pertinent topic to discuss. Take a look at the Article Story below:

Barcelona Institute for Global Health

ISGlobal is not a magazine like the previous publications, but rather an organization that deals with scientific research, global policy, and education. The publications they release are all based on reputable data and deal with a wide range of health issues, including the global mental health crisis and how it has been impacted by COVID-19.
