Restrictions finally eased and just in time for this pink themed ballerina party. On Saturday 20th of June we helped create this pink, feminine, ballerina party for a special little girl.

All Things Picnic provided the picnic set up as well as party food, dried flowers, lolly bags and sweets.

Chasing Streamers created a bright, bold, pink streamer installation with balloons for the extra wow factor. The cake was made by Cakes By Rahma was topped by a stunning ballerina and the whole thing was captured by @photosbyauvro.

Each girl came dressed in their favourite tutu and they danced the day away.

The props, including the shimmer wall and lace tepee from Party Mamma Party Hire really brought the whole vision and aesthetic together. h

Whilst the phenomenon of the Barbie party is by no means a new trend, it seems in the last year (coinciding with her 60th birthday) the Barbie party has been elevated to a new status in the hearts of kids and grown ups alike.

Our love of selfies and photos have no doubt encouraged the emergence of the popular Barbie booth - I mean, who wouldnt like to play pretend (especially when it’s an ever youthful fashion doll), just for two minutes?

One of the most endearing things about a Barbie party is that is tranverses themes very easily.
