Registration information

Registration 2020 Spring program registration opens for Delta residents on February 20. Registration from people who do not live in Delta will be accepted two weeks later, beginning on March 5. Cancellation If there is not sufficient registration one week prior to the start date, it is likely the course will be cancelled.

Refund Policy Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For refunds over $25 where the original form of payment was cash, cheque or debit, a cheque will be issued and mailed to the customer. Full Refunds will be issued if the refund request is received by phone or in person at any Delta Parks, Recreation & Culture Customer Service Office prior to the start of the program, or if the program is cancelled by the City of Delta. Pro-rated Refunds will be issued from the time of notification for classes that have already begun. No Refunds will be issued for advanced aquatic programs unless 7 days notice is provided, nor for 1 day programs/workshops unless 24 hours notice is given.

Sales Tax Applicable taxes are not reflected in registered program fees and charges printed in the Guide; they will be added at the time of registration.
