Support our Montair Elementary School Foundation:

We are excited to announce that preparations for our 27th Annual Montair Foundation Auction are underway. Our live Auction “Dress the Night in Black and White” will take place Saturday, February 25th, 2023, at Blackhawk Country Club.

How will the Auction’s fundraised dollars be spent?

100% of the dollars raised at our Auction will directly fund programs and staff positions that enhance our students’ educational experience, helping to provide resources that the State of California does not fully fund. Through the generosity of our community, we can continue to offer reading and math intervention programs, enrichment classes including art, drama, music, and leadership, paraeducators who give extra support and reduce student/ teacher ratios, additional librarian hours for greater student access to library resources, and more! These beloved programs and staff are part of what makes Montair such a special school but are only possible with the support of community members like you.

How can you help?

There are several ways for you to support Montair’s Auction this school year – no contribution is too small!

Contribute to our Auction:

• Do you own a business such as a restaurant or boutique? Gift cards for restaurants, other local businesses, and professional services are always welcome. Gift baskets are always hot items to bid on as well.

• Do you have a vacation home that you would be willing to contribute to an auction winner for a short stay?

• Do you have extra wine or other spirits that you can contribute?

• Do you have access to tickets for local sporting events, concerts, or theater productions? These are some of our most popular items.

• Do you have any frequent flier miles or hotel points that you can contribute?

Become a sponsor: Please let us know if you or your business would like to sponsor our event. Each sponsorship package offers unique advertising opportunities at our Auction and all sponsorships come with great opportunities to reach our entire Montair community. Attend our event:

You do not need to be a current Montair family to enjoy this night out for a good cause! Get decked out in your best black and white cocktail attire and join us as we put the “FUN” in fundraising on February 25th. Our live event includes games, raffles, photobooths, silent and live auctions, dinner, and dancing. The Montair Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization whose sole mission is to raise funds to maintain and enhance educational excellence at Montair Elementary School.
