來自澳洲昆士蘭的Borrowdale天然走地豬，在當地一個佔地10000英畝 的農場成長。農場是澳洲防止虐待動物協會（RSPCA）認證的農場，確 保豬隻以人道和天然方式飼養。

Borrowdale走地豬肉肉質豐腴、彈牙、多汁，豬肉味濃郁而沒有騷味， 脂豐香口卻不油膩。非一般打荷爾蒙同激素谷肥的豬肉可比。

Borrowdale天然走地豬獲澳洲豬肉品質協會的「天然飼養認證」，質素 有保證。

Free-range pig husbandry requires a plot of pasture much bigger than the average farm. Surrounded by green mountains with pristine water beneath, chubby pigs are eating well and growing well in a stress-free environment.

From Queensland of Australia, Borrowdale’s natural, free-range pigs are raised in the local green field with a size of 10,000 acres. The RSPCAcertified farm is the assurance that pig rearing is aligned with animal welfare principles.

Borrowdale’s free-range pork is succulent, tender, juicy, flavourful with a melt-in-the-mouth texture, and not greasy, which is far above par as opposed to hormone-fed pork.

The quality of Borrowdale’s natural free-range pork is ensured through the Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Program (AQIP)’s free-range standards.

港人蔡建中於2013年於中國湖南省永州市藍山縣，開設有機農 場「農圃有機」，種植超過70種以上農作物，包括“中式菜” (包括：芥蘭、菠菜、甜菜心、白菜和椰菜等)、“西式菜”(包 括：沙律菜、羽衣甘藍、孢子甘藍)、各類瓜果及有機越光糙米 等。

自設666,000平方米的有機農場及39,960平方米的有機水稻農 場，面積之大相等於3.7個維園，每年可提供有機蔬果超過100 噸，保證一年四季皆可為消費者及餐飲業提供穩定的農作物作 採購。而限量提供的有機越光糙米產量約4噸，幫助大家實踐 From Farm to Table 的飲食潮流。

所有農作物均獲得OFDC（南京國環有機產品認証有限公司） 機構頒發的中國有機認証，並獲IFOAM（國際有機農業聯 盟），COR（加拿大有機認証）及USDA（美國有機認証）， 並由Intertek作不定期抽檢農藥殘留及重金屬檢測，保証農產品 有機、優質及安全。
