Beetroot Halwa

Ingredients

Grated Beetroot

250gm

Full Cream Milk

200ml

Sugar

75gm

Mawa (condensed milk)

65gm

Desi Ghee (clear butter)

25gm

Cardamom Powder

2.5gm

Method

Grated beetroot wash properly 6-7 time or until the color of the beetroot comes out. Take a pan and boiled the milk after then add beetroot in the milk and cooked for10minutes, then add sugar and cooked till the milk dries up. After that add mawa, ghee and cardamom powder and mix properly. Garnish with nuts and served hot.
