CONDO FEES Fees include building maintenances, grounds keeping, snow removal, building and garage cleaning, master’s insurance. Owner is responsible for the electric, natural gas and water/ sewer charges for their residence.

TA X E S Taxes are assessed annually through the Town of Bath. For new construction, residences are not assessed until completed. The 2018 mil rate is $21.80 and runs from July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019. Bath will be completing a full city-wide revaluation with values as of April 1, 2019.
