8 Tips and Tricks for the NJ Realtors

2022

Applications for the 2022 Circle of Excellence Sales Award® are now open. Whether you’re applying for this year’s award or helping your agents through the application process, here are eight tips and tricks.

1. Log in Early to Set Up Your Account

While the application is not due until Jan. 9, agents can get a head start on their application by updating their information. Ensure names, email addresses, phone numbers, offices, and Designated Realtors® are up to date.

2. Connect Your MLS to Your Application

Entering transactions is easy with the application’s multiple listing service connection ability. Watch this video to complete the connection process.

4. Double Check Your Transactions

Accuracy is important when it comes to your application. While the MLS connection is an extremely helpful tool, it’s your responsibility to ensure your application is accurate. Go through your transactions one at a time to double check all the transaction details.

5. Verify Your Transactions

If a transaction is missing a verified check mark while completing the application, you must upload proof of the transaction to your application. Don’t wait until the last minute and verify your transactions along the way if needed.

6. Read the 2022 Rules and Requirements

If you have a question as you’re working through your application, you’ll likely find the answer in the 2022 award rules and requirements. Visit coe.njrealtor.com, log in, and it can be found in the top right corner of the page. It includes rules for the application, advertising rules and enforcement, proof/verification material requirements, and information about the award appeal process.

7. Follow NJ Realtors® on Social Media

Need reminders leading up to the application deadline?

3. Double Check to See if You Earned an Industry Unit

Industry units are earned for non-sales related activities, and you can earn up to three towards your application. Click here to double-check your industry units earned and upload verification material if there are any missing you believe you earned.

Follow @NJRealtors on Facebook, @njrealtors on Instagram, and @NJ_Realtors on Twitter. Turn on post notifications and never miss an important update about the real estate industry.

8. Need Additional Help with Your Application
