The 80th Monaco Grand Prix: Leclerc’s bad luck and another victory for Verstappen

On May 26, 27 and 28, the 80th Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix took place in the Principality. Hundreds of thousands of motorsport fans from all over the world came to see the exciting race. In line with the results of the qualification, the drivers of the Red Bull and Aston Martin teams were among the leaders. Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) finished third but unfortunately was penalized and dropped to sixth behind Esteban Ocon (Alpine), Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) and Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes). With this victory, 39th in his career, Max became the most successful pilot in the Red Bull team’s history. Fernan - do Alonso (Aston Martin) finished second, Esteban Ocon was the third, Charles Leclerc remained sixth.
