SAIL for Education’s Rebecca Hornberger, PhD, attended Concordia University’s (CUC) graduation. Our SAIL program is ideally structured to meet the needs of Ohio educators who would like to pursue an advanced degree (master’s or doctoral) and/or pursue principal or superintendent licensure or teacher leader endorsement. The OAESA Membership Service Team met in November, and its are excited to report that OAESA’s membership grew by 6.8 percent since the April 2017 Representative Assembly meeting. The team’s goal is to increase by 5 percent overall this year, and we appear to be on track. 12
