My name is Jai Faith and my husband, Ron, and I manage the Legacy Fit location in Pembroke Pines. We have been trainers over a decade starting out in the Bronx, New York. After moving to Florida, we fell in love with their P.I.T. workout system and No Days Off community so much that we became a part of this brand. We instill the No Days Off lifestyle with our two kids (11 years old and almost 3 years old) because we do not want them to just go through the motions in life. Whatever age we are there is always a new level of personal growth we can achieve. Let us keep building.
