Theresa began her real estate career in the spring of 2000 after 15 years of working in sales. Real Estate offered Theresa an opportunity to sell homes in many markets that she served in her other businesses. She has sold homes from Bowmanville in the East all the way through to Niagara Falls to the south, Kitchener to the West and Midland area to the North. She is also trained in international real estate and helps clients find homes across Canada and the United States.

Theresa prides herself on being able to communicate with her clients. Her clients are always impressed by her quick replies and consistency to always answer her phone. Theresa’s aim is to make every client feel like they are the only client - even though she is typically working with 10 or more at a time.

Theresa is always eager to learn more and share her knowledge with clients and other real estate agents through coaching sessions. Theresa’s knowledge allows her to deliver what her client’s need. Negotiating offers is Theresa’s favourite part of her job and works to put the most amount of money in her client’s pockets. Fine tuning the closing on transactions to take that stress from her clients is always top of mind.

When not selling real estate, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband Bob at their Mississauga home, their Northern Cottage or their winter home in Florida. She enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren Jack and Morgan.

Lindsay believes in the importance of developing strong client relationships that will last a lifetime. With the goal of exceeding her clients’ expectations, Lindsay enjoys working with families from all over the GTA making their real estate transactions as smooth and seamless as possible. She has quickly learned that by providing an elevated level of service to her clients and always putting their best interest above all else, she will consistently achieve a successful outcome.

Lindsay’s career in real estate began years ago as an administrator, allowing her to develop a unique and extensive level of knowledge of all aspects of the real estate world, as she learned the business from the ground up. Since then, she has developed relationships with her clients that reflect her compassion, sincerity, and hard-working attitude, when representing their interests during the buying or selling of their homes.

Having lived in Mississauga, and later raising a family in Oakville, Lindsay has extensive market knowledge of a wide range of its family-friendly neighbourhoods. With her genuine love of real estate and strong professional approach, she is passionate and committed to handling every transaction with the utmost integrity and attention to detail.

As a wife and mother to her three boys, Lindsay has lived in Oakville for over 18 years and has extensive involvement and insight into the schools, services, and activities that make these communities an exceptional place to raise a family.

Samantha has worked in the Real Estate world for the last 6 years, working in both the Keller Williams brokerage offices. During her time in the brokerage she on-boarded and trained new agents on Keller Williams technology and systems to implement in their business to establish efficiency and consistency.

Samantha decided she no longer wanted to be on the outside of the action and completed her Real Estate courses in 2020. Samantha has an unwavering commitment to a high level of client service that she developed while working at one of the world’s leaders in customer service, Walt Disney World. Samantha loves to bring a little Disney to everything she does.

Samantha has lived in North Mississauga with her 2 children for 17 years.

Julia was born and raised in Canada, but her hunger for knowledge (and gastronomy) has taken her on an incredible journey across the globe. One of Julia’s first stops was Australia, where, in between skydiving and surf attempts, she found her place in the startup world. She worked with socially conscious startups to help develop their go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and domestic expansion ambitions (skills that she is keen to deploy in the ever-competitive real estate market).

After one too many sunburns, Julia headed home to Canada to pursue an honours international doubledegree business program. Her time in university was divided between Canada and Germany. While in Canada, she competed on her university’s international case competition team and helped run student organizations. Her time in Germany, however, was focused on traveling and trying every dish imaginable. Julia now holds a BSc in the Science of Management from the European Business School in Germany and a BBA in International Business from the Goodman School of Business in Canada.

To date, Julia’s passion for business has led her to work with startups, venture capitalists, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies in Canada, Australia, England, and Germany.

Her next stop? The TB Realty Group.

Her goal is to use her diverse range of experiences to connect with her clients, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the growth of the TB Realty Group.

We just wanted to give a huge thanks to Theresa and her team for all their help, advice, and guidance over the last 18 months. We had to sell our condo quickly last year and with a monumental effort from the ladies we managed to go from an initial phone call to Theresa, through staging and viewings, to a signed sale at a very good price, in only two and a half weeks. They then helped us find the ideal rental property and guided us through the mountain of paperwork that entailed. This year they were so patient helping us to purchase our ideal condo. We saw many condos with Lindsay, before the perfect one came up, which they were able to purchase for us at a reduced price. Both ladies were dedicated to the task and willing to go the extra mile to help us in our endeavors and we greatly appreciated them being with us and supporting us through this journey, we couldn’t have done it without them. In addition, we must add; in the same 18 months’ timeframe, Theresa and Lindsay also helped both sets of our parents stage and sell their condos.
