On our cover this month are Anton and Taylor, with Taylor’s son DJ. These three are fun loving car enthusiasts who just found a great spot in the westside. They work hard, play hard, and always find time to help their friends and community.

I am thrilled to introduce the new Content Coordinator here at Danville Living CA, Anne Angstenberger, aangstenberger@bestversionmedia.com. Anne is a west side resident and a wonderful writer. Shoot her an email if you have an idea or a family to nominate. We welcome all families, couples, or individuals - the only requirement is that our feature family live on the west side of Danville. So send your friends and neighbors this way!

See you around town!

Meet Anton, Taylor and DJ

Taylor is a local real estate agent. In her 5 years on the job, she’s secured a number of impressive certifications. She works for Sotheby’s International Realty in Danville. Her certifications include Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHMS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This past year, Taylor was ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in the nation by Real Trends. “It’s been a lot of hard work that has paid off, I am beyond grateful.”

Anton worked as a real estate broker for 15 years before deciding to take his extensive market knowledge and start a new business. He is the co-founder of TopHap (Top Homes and Properties), a real estate data and analytics software company. For the last five years, Anton and his team have been hard at work developing this software. This year they released the product nationally to great reviews. With their combined partnership, Taylor has been able to grow her real estate portfolio while allowing Anton to grow TopHap.

Taylor’s 8-year-old son, DJ, is her proudest achievement. His good heart and amazing personality shine through daily. DJ is a big time car guy. They have all bonded over their love of classic and rare cars. Taylor says, “Anton has a few cars in his collection that we enjoy cruising in, bringing to car shows, and working on in the garage.” Her favorite part of all these car shows is watching DJ impress the judges and other car lovers with his knowledge and passion.

Away from the car shows, DJ loves to hit top speed as an avid motorcycle and go-kart rider. Of course Mom is worried about safety, but DJ’s love for racing has actually proven very successful! He’s placed in the top 3 finishers in the last several recreational races he’s participated in.

Witha combined love of real estate, Taylor Coyle and Anton Danilovich reconnected after years of knowing each other in the industry. Two years ago, their offices moved right across the street from each other and their friendship blossomed into more. “After having coffee and getting together a few times, we realized we had more in common than just real estate and started spending more time together, which led to today. We have joined forces and become partners in life and business, which has been a lot of fun for us,” Taylor says.

Together, their favorite place to go is the beach. Taylor grew up going to Rio Del Mar Beach in Aptos. It’s now where she goes with her own son, spreading the joy to the next generation. Ask DJ at any moment where he would rather be, and “his answer will always be the beach!”

8 NOVEMBER 2022 Resident Feature

Someday Taylor can see them all having a house down on the coast, “We do our best to go as often as possible, even if it’s just a day trip.” If it’s on the water, it’s where they all want to be!

Taylor grew up in Danville, graduating all through the SRVUSD school system and playing in local organizations like Mustang soccer and Tassajara Valley Little League softball. “We spent many family nights after the games at Asconas and Primos. It’s super cool getting to relive it now on the parent side

with DJ.” Another beloved side of parenting is getting involved at DJ’s school! Taylor is the Carnival Chair this year, planning the school’s favorite on campus activity. This is just an aspect of their family motto, “We try to live by being of service and contributing to make the world a better place.”

Anton and Taylor just recently moved into a house on Love Lane. “I’ve realized over the years how truly lucky I am to now raise DJ here, and how we get to continue to be a part of this incredible community. We really are fortunate.” They love the walkability of the neighborhood, the room for Anton’s car collection, and of course the tight community feel: “As many know this neighborhood is just un-matched. The neighbors really all come together to support each other, look after one another’s kids, and all continue to give to make this community what it is. It’s surreal!” Proximity to family is also a huge plus - with Taylor’s family still being in the Danville area. Her sister works at DJ’s elementary school, so they all get to see each other every day!

Anton and Taylor both feel so grateful for where they’ve landed. “Thank you to everyone who has been so welcoming and warm. I appreciate each and everyone of you who looks out for our family. It doesn’t go unnoticed,” adds Taylor. That giving and caring spirit is what Taylor focuses on instilling in DJ. Like his mama, he always makes time for his friends and tries to be that strong shoulder for others to lean on.

If you call Taylor, Anton and DJ friend, you are truly lucky! We love having them represent Danville!

In these ways, we’re no different than other social mammals. Chimpanzees, wolves, and gorillas are among the most charismatic of the mammals we know. We identify with them as species, groups, and even as named individuals. They’re also under threat. Upholding Our Mission to Serve America’s Heroes

If you’ve ever attended a funeral for a veteran, there may be moments that were so meaningful you can recall them months or even years later.

Maybe it was the playing of Taps or the ceremonial folding of the American flag. Maybe you can still feel your throat tighten with

emotion when you think of the flag being presented to the grieving family.

Here at Cypress Lawn, I speak for our entire team when I say that we count it a tremendous privilege to acknowledge the bravery and sacrifice of our veterans. Over the past century, Cypress Lawn has forged a deep relationship with many veterans and their families across San Francisco as we hold funeral services and lay beloved veterans to rest within our peaceful and beautiful Memorial Park.

As Veterans Day approaches, we think of the veterans who have served both in wartime and peacetime. Americans are putting their lives on the line for the sake of our country, and we want to support them in any way we can.

One practical way we come alongside veterans is through the Journey to Serve initiative, which highlights our commitment to recruiting and hiring veterans at all of our funeral home and cemetery locations across the Bay Area. We hope that we can help veterans start the next chapter of their lives and advance their careers and professional development. We need caring, competent, and missiondriven employees, and it’s no secret that veterans exemplify all these attributes.

Here at Cypress Lawn, we think it’s important to remember our veterans both in life and in death — not just on Nov. 11, but every day. If you are interested in learning more about how we help veterans now and at the end of life, contact us anytime through our website, CypressLawn.com, or by calling us at (650) 550-8808.

CPC’s 7th Annual Serve Day

Brings a Community Together

Today in America, most communities want to make a difference and be a part of something that will produce a lasting impact. However, due to a lack of knowledge as to the how or with the need for efficiency in our busy lives, people often resort to a consumer model that fits nicely into their everyday routines. This click-and-buy culture can exacerbate the disconnect to the valuable “relational” side of charitable giving and volunteer work. It takes time to create opportunities to connect the head and heart.

Last month CPC, Danville’s Community Presbyterian Church hosted our 7th Annual Serve Day. Partnering with 34 organizations, over 1900 volunteers spread out in all directions around our Valley and Bay Area to take action in making an impact. Volunteers packed 101,520 meals for Kids Against Hunger and their shipment left on Monday Oct 4th with Convoy of Hope for the Ukraine Border! Volunteers also packed 1,200 care bags for SF City Impact, CityTeam Oakland and Bay Area Rescue Mission in Richmond. Among many other projects, volunteers rescued and rescued and delivered over 8,000 meals with White Pony Express, built bikes for foster kids, came alongside three of our local schools, partnered with Pledge to Humanity, Teen Esteem, The Grange and many other organizations and nonprofits.

When volunteers are given an experience that feels meaningful and challenges their perceptions, not only are they more likely to keep volunteering, but they begin to see they are an important thread that makes up the fabric of our society. Volunteering is not just about helping, it is about belonging to our communities and to one another. Volunteering strengthens our ties to the community and broadens your support network. And to be frank, volunteering is just plain good for your heart and soul! Studies have shown that volunteering can help counteract the effects of stress, anger, anxiety and even depression. When we take the one-and-done approach, we short change ourselves and the agencies we are serving. Instead, when we stand side-by-side to help others, our differences fade away. The FOR movement at our church has begun to stir something really special in our people and community. We believe that the joy of serving and being for one another will have an immense impact in our San Ramon Valley. It will forge and build a strong love and care for global work. Being FOR others can change the world!

We know that many in our valley are giving back in incredible ways and we celebrate this. As the Christmas season approaches, there continue to be ways and areas to serve. Join the movement and serve our community with us! For more information visit cpcdanville. org/serve/community/ or follow us on social media @forthevalley.

Employee Empowerment: Building Trusting Relationships, Part 2

The reality is that the majority of employees spend more time at work than in their personal lives. If you are in a supportive, healthy, and growth minded environment, your job can be empowering and fulfilling. Who you are in the workplace becomes a defining factor in your identity. But, if your job limits you, does not allow you to grow and has become unfulfilling due to an unhealthy environment, it might be time to learn and apply communication tools to create a place you want to be at everyday.

There are several coaching strategies you can develop to empower yourself in these situations.

1) Politely word questions for more clarity. This is a powerful tool with a boss who does not communicate well.

2) Actively listen. This means eye contact, gestures of affirmation, to show you are listening. After all, it takes two to communicate.

3) Repeat for understanding - I hear you say you would like…is that correct? This validates the conversation.

4) Timely interrupt if the boss is rambling. “Excuse me. I don’t mean to interrupt you but may I have more clarity on…?”

5) Look for opportunities to give positive feedback to instill powerful communication.

6) Request one on one meeting times to further what you can offer your boss and the work environment. This would entail also being respectful of your boss and his agenda.

7) Follow up on instructions. This may mean a brief email summarizing what you heard and what the goals are that you plan to achieve from your discussion. (Always proof this email to be certain you are modeling a positive tone).

8) Figure out your boss’s best communication style. By respecting how your boss prefers to communicate shows your desire to build a strong working relationship.

9) Broaden your resources. If you are still feeling a communication gap, are there other team members who you can work with to bridge that gap? Your ability to create a dynamic team will instill a positive environment.

10) Be honest about the communication problem.

Chromatica

– a chorus for Danville

Imagine a chorus that starts a concert with a Mozart requiem and ends it with an updated version of Twist and Shout (with chorus members dancing among the audience). That gives you some idea of the eclectic nature of Danville’s Chromatica.

Chromatica is an adult chorus of 26 men and women that was founded in 2011 by Danville’s Chris Kenber and Sharon Kantor. The goal was to create a chorus that was different from other community choruses with a unique audience friendly repertoire.

Principally responsible for all of this is David Huff, the founding music director and heart and soul of the chorus. A Danville resident, David is a distinguished operatic tenor who has directed and sung all over the world. He has inexhaustible energy and a unique capability to bring out the best in even the less professional singer.

Chromatica has been performing since 2011, typically presenting a spring and fall concert series each year. Its website at www.chromaticachorale. org lists the extraordinary range of the repertoire it has performed over the more than a decade that it has been entertaining East Bay audiences. It always welcomes new singers and while it auditions them, so long as they can read music and hold a pitch they are welcome. Chromatica’s principal purpose is to enjoy singing music together and to provide highly enjoyable concerts for its fans.

Shortly after Chromatica was founded, it was lucky enough to find San Ramon resident Julie Rieth as both accompanist and assistant director. Julie has brought extraordinary skills to Chromatica and is an ideal partner for David Huff and for the chorus.

The COVID epidemic stopped Chromatica and all other choruses from rehearsing or performing for about two years. However, during the pandemic, Chromatica recorded a piece it had commissioned right before the pandemic from Stacy Garrop, a former Monte Vista graduate and

Aloha Kiss for the Holidays

The holidays are just around the corner now. Many of us are thinking of how we might be able to lend a helping hand and give back to the community during a very festive time of year. Two local organizations here in Danville are joining forces this year to make an even more significant impact. Aloha Kiss-Arthur Kong Memorial Foundation and The Hope Avenue organization will be assembling holiday gift bags for three possibly 4 assisted living facilities within the immediate Danville area. Aloha Kiss has been donating hand made beanies along with a homemade holiday ornament for over

noted composer now resident in Chicago. By recording each part individually and then stitching them together, Chromatica created a video. Search Chromatica Chorale on YouTube to see it..

Finally, in May of this year, Chromatica returned to the concert stage with a sold-out concert that included both the Mozart and Twist and Shout pieces. The concert sold out and the reaction was tremendous.

Chromatica will present two Music from Stage and Screen concerts this November. The first, at 7pm on Saturday, November 12, will be at Peace Lutheran Church on Camino Tassajara in Danville, its original home and preferred performance location. It will include its popular wine reception after the concert. The second will be a 3pm matinee on Sunday, November 13 at Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church in Orinda.

What do Verdi, Gilbert and Sullivan, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Bedrich Smetana, Sigmund Romberg, Jonathan Larson, Christopher Tin and Lin-Manuel Miranda have in common? They all wrote memorable music for the stage (and in some cases the screen). From Verdi’s Rigoletto to Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Gondoliers, from Sondheim’s wide stage repertoire that included Into the Woods, and Merrily We Roll Along to the more contemporary Rent by Jonathan Larson (with help from Puccini) and the hugely successful Hamilton by Lin-Manuel Miranda these works include some of the best music ever written for the stage. There’s much more -- and Chromatica gets to sing all of this in these concerts!

Tickets are available through the website (www.chromaticachorale. org) or at the door -- $25 for adults, $10 for students. Under 10s are admitted free.

ten years. The Hope Avenue organization is comprised of a group of high school interns.who want to give back to the community with an emphasis on the senior community.

In addition to the beanies and holiday ornament, the holiday gift bag will be filled with a granola bar, trail mix, possibly an individual cookie and moisturizing lotion. Both Aloha Kiss and The Hope Avenue need assistance in procuring these gift items. Both organizations would be very grateful for any help in being able to secure the allotment of inventory to make this a successful project. Caring for a Loved One?

Tips for Making the Most of the Holidays.

If you are caring for an elderly parent, celebrating during the holiday season may not be at the top of your mind. But as life’s seasons shift, the holidays can take on a new meaning and become an opportunity to make new memories with your loved one.

Tip to make the most of the holidays as a caregiver:

• Adapt your favorite holiday traditions to accommodate your loved one.

Have you always loved decorating the Christmas tree together with mom or dad, but the tradition has stopped due to mom or dad’s physical limitations? Try to adapt your past traditions to the capabilities of your loved one.

For example, many seniors stop buying a Christmas tree because of the energy, strength and time it takes to decorate it. Instead, try an artificial mini-tree or decorating a small mantle or corner of the house with the same ornaments you used to use on your old tree.

• Gather at your loved one’s home.

Studies show that social interaction provides many health benefits to seniors. Having family gather at your parents’ home can bring joy to your loved one.

If you can’t gather at your loved one’s home, make sure that your gathering place can accommodate them. A comfortable place to sit that is front and center of the day’s celebrations as well as a quiet place to take a nap can make all the difference.

If mom or dad needs the assistance of medical devices, create a checklist before picking them up the day of so that nothing is missed (ie. breathing aids, medications, monitors).

• Capture memories & reflect on old ones using technology.

Mini polaroid cameras are back in style and are perfect for taking pictures on the spot that your loved one can keep. Alternative options are phone printers that can print photos directly from your phone.

Take the opportunity as a family to look over old pictures and scan them as well for the enjoyment of all.

• Find time for yourself & seek assistance when needed.

Caring for a loved one can be challenging, especially during the holiday season when trying to juggle responsibilities with family, work, and life in general. Scheduling time for self-care can make all the difference.

Engaging the help of professionals can also reduce your stress. The team at Carefield Pleasanton are always available to answer your questions about care for your loved one, and the benefits of a senior living community. Contact the senior lifestyle consultants at Carefield Pleasanton by calling (925) 750-8744 or visit CarefieldPleasanton. com today.

Lisa Cote-Luengo: Hall of Fame Inductee

Lisa Cote-Luengo has been a part of our local community for a large majority of her life. After moving from Southern California to Danville at the age of 8, she spent her youth playing Al Caffodio Soccer, the previous name for the competitive division at Mustang SC. Lisa has 12 Varsity letters competing in four varsity sports at Monte Vista High School; Cross Country, Soccer, Softball, and Tennis. She went on to play collegiate soccer at the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated in 1994. After graduation, Lisa’s career path took her to Atlanta, GA, then San Francisco, but she later returned to Danville in 2005. It was in 2005 that she reconnected with her now husband, Chris Luengo, also a Danville native, San Ramon Valley High School alum, and fellow Al Caffodio alum. Chris and Lisa met in 1980 while at a soccer tournament in Sacramento but it was not until she returned to the East Bay that they started dating in 2005.

Lisa’s fondest memory of playing Mustang Soccer is “traveling to all the away tournaments and spending time with my teammates. I also remember watching the parents and noticing they were having just as much fun as us. My life has come full circle as I now get to

The Wolfpack is on the hunt... for even more wins!

I’ve been following local high school sports in the Danville area for a few years. Every year you get to see the build up from the team they were last year to the team they’ll be next year.

I believe 2Pac said it best, “It’s me against the world” - at least that’s the story being unfolded at SRVHS Varsity Football. Players are being recognized weekly for their play on the field. John Pau Mendoza was recently named Mercury News Bay Area Player of the Week. I can attest that he’s an amazing young man and talent - well deserved recognition!

I have had the opportunity to watch the plays unfold on the fields for quite sometime. What these boys are doing has been an amazing accomplishment, but the journey isn’t over for SRVHS. The Varsity team currently sits at 5-1 as they head out against Clayton Valley.

Luke Baker is the next man up for the Player of the Week. Another young man very much deserving that award. But time will tell what’s next. Hopefully these young men can remain on course - it’s been an electric journey so far!!

A Better Way to Buy and a Simpler Way to Sell

It’s not so hard to buy your next home before selling your current one

“Should I buy before I sell?” is one of the most common questions I receive as a mortgage professional. While the answer hasn’t always been easy, new loan options have made buying before selling more beneficial than ever before.

Reasons for buying before selling

Everyone’s circumstances are different. But buying before selling has its advantages, especially for people in the following situations:

• Moving down: Seasoned homeowners looking to purchase in a retirement community, be closer to the grandkids, or just have a smaller single-story home with less maintenance.

• Moving up: Soon-to-be new parent? Purchase a larger home before selling the current house to deliver a smooth and unrushed experience for mom and baby.

• Moving over: Make the move to another state before having to sell the current home, then embark on the road trip under your terms.

• Moving out: Soon-to-be divorced? Refinance the departing spouse off the loan or buy the new home before the spousal and child support are usable for conventional financing.

A simple process

Buying before you sell takes four easy steps:

• Buy your new home before listing your current home

• Move into your new home at your leisure

• Renovate, stage, and sell your old home for top dollar

• Tell everyone how easy it is!

Should you buy before you sell?

If your situation is the right fit, we can originate a short-term bridge loan against your new property, existing property, or both – making sure you get from here to there as smoothly as possible. Benefits to this homebuying approach include:

• Preview homes you want to buy now

• Make non-contingent offers in a competitive market

• Stay in your current home while remodeling the new one

• Avoid interim expenses

• List your home fully staged to increase the resale price

You can do this – and we can help

At CCM, we provide fast and simple solutions for homeowners. If you have substantial equity in your existing home and want to buy a replacement before having to sell or even list it, we’re ready to get it done. Contact us today to get started!

Looking Refreshed and Revitalized for Fall

If you want a refreshed appearance for fall, we offer multiple cosmetic procedures that can help you achieve a more youthful look. Below are a few common cosmetic procedures that will leave you looking more radiant in time for the cooler weather and holiday season.

Blepharoplasty. Also known as an eyelid lift, blepharoplasty is a procedure that corrects droopy eyelids. A blepharoplasty can be performed on both the upper and lower eyelids to eliminate excess skin and fat from the area. An eyelid-lift procedure will make you appear more alert and will rejuvenate the delicate eye area, giving you a more youthful appearance.

A blepharoplasty generally takes about 30 minutes to complete. You may experience some swelling and bruising around your eyes after your surgery. Cold compresses will alleviate the swelling.

Rhinoplasty. A rhinoplasty, which is also commonly referred to as a “nose job,” is a routine cosmetic procedure that corrects the shape of the nose so that it is proportionate to the rest of the face. There are two types of techniques that can be performed during a rhinoplasty: the closed technique and the open technique.

I perform an Open or Structure Rhinoplasty. This more modern type of rhinoplasty is more precise and leaves the nose much stronger than the older style Closed of Reduction Rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty scars hide well and are barely noticeable. Often times the internal (functional) issues, like obstruction and septal deviation, can be addressed along with the external or aesthetic concerns.

Generally, a rhinoplasty takes 60-90 minutes to complete, and you should plan to take at least a week off work and/or your normal activities while you recover.

Face and Neck Lift. As we age, the skin on our face and neck loses its elasticity. Loss of fat and muscle tone also occur naturally with the aging process. A facelift combined with a neck lift can help reverse the inevitable effects of aging and give you a more youthful appearance.

As opposed to a traditional facelift, which involves a long scar including the hairline, I do a more modern short scar technique. The incision is only from the sideburn to just behind the ear. We typically add fat to the lower lid and cheekbone areas to replace some of the fat that is naturally lost over time. The short scar surgery has a shorter recovery, less scar and looks more natural. We add PRP (platelet rich plasma) and thrombin to create a glue that limits swelling and bruising while speeding recovery.

Face and neck lift procedures can take 1-3 hours to complete depending on the complexity of the surgery. Each face procedure is unique and requires different methods and lengths of recovery time. We will discuss these aspects of the procedures during our initial consultation.

Schedule a free consultation. If you are interested in learning more about blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, face or neck lifts, or any other cosmetic procedure, please contact our office at 925-7365757 to schedule a complimentary consultation.

Tri-Valley Animal Rescue Giving them another chance

Lola - East County Animal Shelter Adoptable Dog -- Looking For Her Forever Home!

Did you know I have been considered a tennis ball champion for my mad fetch skills? Are you an active person or family looking for someone to get outside and play with? My name is Lola. I absolutely love tennis balls and squeaky balls. When I retrieve the ball (although I have been trying to master getting two in my mouth at once), I bring it back. I listen when told to drop the ball and sit. I am patient when told to wait while someone picks up the ball to throw it. I am a shepherd/pit bull mix around 9 months old and weigh about 50 lbs. My previous family had to move and were not able to take me, but I am looking to give unconditional love to a new forever family. My volunteer friends adore me and tell me what a good girl I am. They say I need some work on walking on a loose leash, but I do

like pets and treats and am sure with training, I will learn. They also say I have the best smile and am such a pretty, sweet girl. Hoping you will come meet me soon at the East County Animal Shelter, 4595 Gleason Drive, Dublin, CA between the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.

Sniffles - Tvar Foster Kitten Program

Meet Sniffles! She was rescued from the East County Animal Shelter when she was alone at only six weeks old and was suffering from a long-term and serious kitten cold. Sniffles is an incredibly sweet and outgoing kitten who just wants to share her love with everyone. She expresses her gratitude for being rescued and treated every day with sweet meows and cuddle sessions. Sniffles will be available for adoption soon. She is spayed microchipped, current on vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

TVAR’s kitten and bottle baby programs rescue kittens - some only days old - who are unable to be adopted from the shelter and place them in foster homes where they receive medical care, love, and a home setting until they are healthy, able to be spayed or neutered and ready for their forever homes

Time Extension Approved for Expanded Outdoor Dining

The Danville Town Council unanimously voted to extend the temporary operation of expanded outdoor restaurant dining on public and private property, including “Parklets” until January 2, 2025, subject to the adopted design and development standards. These standards focus on the overall design for the outdoor dining areas, offering options for modular prefabricated designs or custom design build options, as well as establishing safety, maintenance, and operation standards.

Previously issued Temporary Land Use Permits (TLUPs) allowing expanded outdoor dining is set to expire on January 3, 2023. Should a restaurant operator wish to continue to utilize expanded outdoor seating areas, it would be necessary to apply for a new TLUP

and a Building Permit. All TLUP applications would be required to adhere to adopted design guidelines and development standards.

All temporary tents, canopies, signs, electrical hookups, metal barricades, etc., are required to be removed from both public and private property by January 3, 2023.

To avoid a delay in securing a new TLUP and continuing the operation of expanded outdoor dining, restaurant/property owners are encouraged to review the recently adopted design guidelines and development standards and contact the Planning Division at 925-314-3349 or visit https://www.danville. ca.gov/795/Temporary-Outdoor-Permits for more information about this program.

Tri-Valley Animal Rescue (TVAR) - Giving them Another Chance

TVAR is a locally based and volunteer run 501(c)3 animal rescue organization. We assist in saving over 1,000 animals yearly in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas. We are celebrating 30 years of saving lives with over 250 local volunteers. At TVAR, we rely solely on Public Support to fund our life saving programs.

All TVAR’s foster animals go directly from the local Animal Shelter into foster homes where they receive much needed love and socialization and where they are kept until adopted.

We also have an invaluable Shelter Program where our volunteers spend countless hours every day at the local shelter working with the Dogs, Puppies, Cats and Kittens and the Public.
